The Golden Years - How Much Gold is Enough?

May we suggest grandma’s advice?  Go outside and take a walk, on the beach barefooted if possible, move your body, eat your greens, stay hydrated, maybe even drink carrot juice!  Enjoy your life, and avoid toxins (e.g., ultra-processed foods) when possible which could greatly increase your chances of not needing “senior care”.
